Dr.Govind is very friendly. I never have to wait long to be seen, and my appointments are very quick and to the point but he always leaves ample room for questions and concerns to be discussed. I've seen some reviews saying this clinic isn't LGBTQ+ friendly, of course I don't want to dismiss those claims. However in my personal experience with Dr.Govind and his secretary, and as a member of the LGBTQ+ community myself. I've had no issues whatsoever.
