I am deeply disappointed with the way this clinic is managed. While Dr. Shafig Qaadri may be a capable physician, the front desk experience has become a serious issue that negatively affects patients, especially seniors. On multiple occasions, I have observed elderly patients arriving early in the morning only to wait for hours while other patients appear to be seen first. Not at all a good Doctor 1. Doesn’t follow any schedule (i have ended up waiting like 4 hours, went there at 8 pm got my number at 11:40pm) 2. Receptionist is worst, she doesn’t know how to do her job) 3. Dr. won’t listen to you, he will just listen to the first part of your question and then starts speaking something which is completely irrelevant. 4.
