Dr Williams is very rude and arrogant person he charges lot of money but has no patience while dealing with patients he looks after such a delicate part of your body still so careless prescribed me new tablets for my heart but it has been more than a month hasn't given me new prescription or neither did he send the name of new tablet in his report to my GP
