I am deeply disappointed by the lack of compassion shown at Dr. Howidi’s office. My 17-month-old suffered a sudden, severe allergic reaction with rashes spreading rapidly across his entire body. He was in significant distress and scratching uncontrollably. I specifically called the office before leaving my house to ensure they took walk-ins. We have been seeing Dr. Howidi for about 9 mths. I am very pleased with the level of attention he and his staff always provide my boys. He always does a thorough check-up, and explains everything in good detail. He has never made us feel rushed despite how busy the office is and he always answers my questions. His front desk staff/nurses are always very helpful and pleasant. I like that he offers a walk-in option in the morning, I understand sometimes we have to wait, but that's part of the process.
