I Love Dr Rahnema! I have been seeing her for about 15 years and am a Type 1 Diabetic. She is great in the exam room and gives me precise information on how to manage my blood sugar and other needs of this disease and takes the time for any follow-up questions I have. She respects my time as I respect hers. Her Office Manager, Isabella, is Spectacular and runs the back office like the Pro that she is. Very Efficient Staff. Dr. Rahnema is an excellent doctor who is willing to “go the extra mile” to help her patients! I am so glad she is my endocrinologist!
The office is terrible. Been waiting a month for a pre-auth. Have called 44 times and only got through 6 times. Still can't get an answer. I'm out of needed meds now and was told I could find another doctor. They never return calls!
I found Dr. Rahnema to be very personable and caring. She took her time with me during my appointment and did a great job explaining conditions to me and giving me options for resolution.
