UPDATE: My son had his EEG 3/23, I had to call the office yesterday 3/29 to ask for his results and again get the answering machine. The woman who answers says, “the hospital never sent the results so the doctor had to request them over the weekend.” How did the doctor know to randomly request results for my son? She tells me “Well, your son is still having abnormal EEG’s so he needs to stay on his medication.” I asked how long his seizures were she said she didn’t know. He's worked with me for years, but has always given me strife. He has poor communication and hardly returns phone calls. It's always a struggle to get refills of my epilepsy medicine. He's condescending and barely gives the minimum information. I've almost gone days without my medication because of misunderstandings and lack of information. Don't waste your time.

never answers my calls i have gone a week without my medication because he didn't return any of my multiple calls asking for a refill
