UPDATE: My son had his EEG 3/23, I had to call the office yesterday 3/29 to ask for his results and again get the answering machine. The woman who answers says, “the hospital never sent the results so the doctor had to request them over the weekend.” How did the doctor know to randomly request results for my son? She tells me “Well, your son is still having abnormal EEG’s so he needs to stay on his medication.” I asked how long his seizures were she said she didn’t know. He's worked with me for years, but has always given me strife. He has poor communication and hardly returns phone calls. It's always a struggle to get refills of my epilepsy medicine. He's condescending and barely gives the minimum information. I've almost gone days without my medication because of misunderstandings and lack of information. Don't waste your time.

never answers my calls i have gone a week without my medication because he didn't return any of my multiple calls asking for a refill

My son is under his care and due to COVID we have virtual appointments. His office is NEVER open, every single time I call it’s his answering machine. I called 2/24 to ask why the Order for my son’s EEG wasn’t sent to Christ as I was told it would and it’s 3/3 and I’m still waiting for a call back. I called since then and left ANOTHER message with no response. Needless to say I am looking for another Neuro. I’m 3 weeks post appointment, my son needs another EEG and I have no order, no call back and obviously I can’t schedule... read more
