I have been seeing Dr. Avshalumova for several years for medical dermatology. She is extremely professional and straightforward. She recently detected superficial basal cell carcinoma on my back and removed it, even taking care to expertly stitch around the edge of my tattoo (which I initially thought would have been unavoidable). She is truly and expert in her field and I find her staff to be very kind and professional as well.
Getting an appointment was very fast and simple. The receptionist was very welcoming and helpful and the wait time was less than 10 minutes. The doctor was very knowledgeable and professional and listened to my concerns. She provided me with useful information and good advice. The follow up after the visit (getting the prescription s filled and dealing with the insurance) was also superb.
I had such a wonderful experience at this dermatology office! The entire staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional, and they made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The doctor was amazing knowledgeable, attentive, and really took the time to listen to my concerns and explain everything clearly. I felt like I was truly in good hands and never rushed. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a dermatologist and will definitely be coming back!
Dr A and her staff are friendly, kind and truly helpful. I’ve been going to her and her team since 2019 and have never had a bad experience. She always has honest feedback and does whatever she can help her patients.
Great experience from start to finish! The dermatologist was attentive, knowledgeable, and made me feel very comfortable. The receptionist was also so kind and helpful. Definitely recommend!
