The staff was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that my appointment was at 11:00 and I didn't get in to see the doctor until after 12. My appointment was only to get my script for contacts. It was obvious from the start that they double and triple up appointment times. For that reason, I will not use Pearle Vision again.
Could not have been treated better!! Receptionist was warm and friendly. Had me checked in promptly. Dr Catherine Won was wonderful! She was very knowledgeable and thorough. I had a new diagnosis at this appointment, she share much information to me and answered my questions . She calmed my anxiety. Hope both ladies stay at Hanover office for a long time! They are a great asset to Pearle Vision !!!
Doctor Won was a very pleasant and confident provider. She could not have been more thorough and focused on my care. The facility appears to have been understaffed the day of my visit.
