Associates are in the place Not profesional. Did not feel welcoming! Will Not recommend!!
Don’t like that you do not see an actual doctor in person. Everything was virtual. I’m old school and I will look elsewhere for my next eye exam.
We did not like not having a doctor on location. We were not told about this ahead of time. Then we had to pay the extra charge. On top of that we were not due for new glasses yet. We were emailed that we were due, so we set up the appointment. So we will be looking for a new place to get glasses.
Quick and easy. Very organized process.
