The staff is absolutely rude, demeaning, and condescending--particularly the receptionist. When you make an appointment, you would asusme it is with a dentist, right? Not so at Dr. Olsons office. While I have met Dr. Olson (and she personally is nice), the other dental hygenists she has working there are just awful. I visited the office a total of 5 times. I will never, ever return again.
