They cancelled my appointment and didn’t even bother to call and tell me. I drove all the way over there and requested off of work for nothing. The receptionists were rude and unhelpful. She seemed put out that she had to help me and just sat there and stared at me. She took no responsibility or did she try to fix the problem. Had an attitude and kept sighing and rolling her eyes. Doctors are good though.
If you need to get in touch with anyone, your wait time is over 1/2 hour. I've called numerous times, and I have yet to wait under 1/2 hour. Obviously they need more people to answer the phones. In addition, most of the staff at this clinic are extremely rude.
All medical members, staff and doctors are NOT allowed to ask patients if they are vaccinated. It's against the HIPAA the law. Left Dr. Gaynes-Kaplan because of this and now the staff tells patients over the phone to make an appointment if they have questions about their blood work. GREED! I was a patient for over 7 years and now this. After being her patient for many years, she pressured me to take medication that I had previously expressed legitimate reservations and concerns about taking into my body, which is my absolute right. She angrily lectured me with threats of specific medical conditions that would result if I did not agree with her, trying to coerce me to take her recommended prescribed drug.
