Poorly run office. Too difficult to get an appointment. Doctor is never there.
Dr Fassenello is a great doctor. She works just Tuesdays and Wednesdays. It is literally impossible to set up an appointment with her for a sick child. Literally impossible . I call at the exact moment the phone lines open and each and Everytime I am told no appointments and I should try CVS minute clinic and then click goes the phone as the receptionist hangs up.
Both my children have Dr Fasanello she is awesome with them. My son just turned 18 and still feels totally comfortable with her, we have had her since he was born and it's very hard to get any information out of him so ??to her. Daughter is 11 and she loves her as well. She listens to you makes you and children feel at ease and relaxed just love her best Doctor ever.
