Should have listed to the reviews. What a complete waste of time. Sat in exam room for 45 minutes listening to her chit chat in the next room and then came in and told me absolutely nothing. Useless. Yes, the staff is rude also.
Rude, dismissve, uncaring staff. As a front desk administrator in a Dr's office for the past 26 years, I am appalled by their treatment of a prospective new patient in pain! That in my opinion is a direct reflection on the office as a whole including the dr.
If I could give no stars I would the staff is extremely rude I was hung up on when i tried to question why my appointment was canceled and I was not called . I’m a new patient to this office I left work early to go to appointment to be meet by the rudest staff at a doctors office I have encountered. Dr. Lynn Bezpalko has seen my son before and my mom brought him to his appointment. He had another appointment and my mom again brought him to it and they refused to see him because he did not have the insurance card on him. They have all of the info because he was there before. My mother cancelled her own appointment to bring my son because I could not get off of work and they refused to see him. I called them and they said they do not see anyone with out an insurance card physically on them and there is nothing they can do... read more
Lynn Bexpalko shouldn't be allowed to see/treat dogs let alone humans. I suffered from sinusitis for 2 years after being her patient, until I couldn't stand it any longer and saw another doctor. I was told by her that " as a surgeon your condition doesn't excite me" and she just let me suffer. It's no wonder her staff is so rude and unprofessional with her as their boss.
