In august i went to see her for dizziness feeling after my pediatrician said i had a double ear infection to confirm. all good right? its now 3 months later and i started to feel that dizziness feeling again. now mind you, when i went in august the dizziness was a response to anxiety but i’ve been treated for it and KNOW this dizziness as of october is different. so we went in and right off the bat she was dismissing me. telling my mom that these things( meaning double ear infections) don’t happen to younger girls. she basic... read more
Should have listed to the reviews. What a complete waste of time. Sat in exam room for 45 minutes listening to her chit chat in the next room and then came in and told me absolutely nothing. Useless. Yes, the staff is rude also.
Rude, dismissve, uncaring staff. As a front desk administrator in a Dr's office for the past 26 years, I am appalled by their treatment of a prospective new patient in pain! That in my opinion is a direct reflection on the office as a whole including the dr.
If I could give no stars I would the staff is extremely rude I was hung up on when i tried to question why my appointment was canceled and I was not called . I’m a new patient to this office I left work early to go to appointment to be meet by the rudest staff at a doctors office I have encountered.
