I have no complaint about Dr. Amarante, however my complaint is with the North Tonawanda office staff. They are unprofessional, down right nasty and rude. I was snarled at in front of other patients. I will not be going back. I hope the Doctor addresses the problem and weeds out the negative employees.
not understanding the large crowd that ends up happening outside this doctors door. was visiting another doctor and had to walk through a small crowd. from what the people outside stated, they werent allowed in the waiting room until their appointment. but there are no chairs for these poeple to sit on so they end up in front of the doctor across the halls door.
