"DON'T GET DR. VILLASENIOR. He misdiagnosed me, and manipulated me into squeezing as many appointments as he could to make more $. When I told him I no longer wanted him, he said I was firing him in efforts to make me feel bad about it. He charged me $50 to write 2 sentences to my college to explain my illness when I was suffering from symptoms because of him prescribing a wrong medication he gave me due to a misdiagnosis. she subbed at my usual dentist I now have likely new jaw damage on top of my severe tmj because of this lady and will likely be pressing charges. Working with a surgeon. Everything was in my file. Pure negligence!
Today Dr. Villasenor used a scare tactic on my 14 year old daughter! Even after she repeatedly told him over and over she was not suicidal, was not using drugs and how she coped with teen pressures! When my daughter told him she did not consent to rehab (the law), he quote told her " we can lock you up". For a minor to already be dealing with stress and anxiety I had to intervene and asked to do so. Seems to view behavioral health in a really old fashioned way. Also interrupts and talks over me nearly every sentence. Ended a virtual visit partially through because he disagreed with my opinion (no one was yelling or hysterical, we were just talking. Seems he can’t handle being “wrong” or allow others to have differing views from him.
