I've been going to Lynda Wright for 100 years and she is, in fact, very straight forwarded. She's extremely knowledgeable about almost any issue you have: breast cancer, high blood pressure, diabetes, etc. She's proactive rather than reactive and although at times she seems to come across as stern, it's really just caring and making sure you understand the importance of whatever she's telling you. I am a patient of Dr. Wright for more than 20 years. I find her to be caring, honest, and very knowledgeable. She is patient-centered and proactively addresses health concerns that could potentially effect her patient's well being.
I've gone to Dr Wright for about 12 years. While I've always found her kind and a good doctor she does constantly remind me how overweight I am an is a little rude about how I need to take the weight off, s if I don't know that.
I have gone to Dr. Wright for 20yrs or more and she has always been very kind and understanding. She is the best GYN I have ever been to. Some people are just to touchy about their weight. Don't pay any attention to them.
I have been her patient for nearly 20 years. She is excellent, knowledgeable, and honest.
Dr. Wright has always treated me with respect and kindness. She is straightforward and speaks to me/patients in way that is easily understood. She also provides the patient/me with options and helpful suggestions.
I agree with the prior post. Any concerns that I had she blamed on a few extra pounds and if I just lost 20lbs all of my issues would disappear. She was the first doctor that I actually said to in her office "I don't this dr/patient relationship is going to work out". She was condecending and does not seem to enjoy her job at all. Would not recommend her to anyone who is one pound overweight.
