No, they never postpone my appointment Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen

Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen! Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt!

Yes, I was completely at ease Did this general practitioner answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Does this provider have helpful information available online? Yes

I have been a patient of Dr. Hammond for many years and he still calls me "young man". He always sits down and spends a lot of time understanding my current condition, recent past, and explains his diagnosis thoroughly. He is the best family doctor I have ever had and is always very helpful and friendly to me. He also tells me about upcoming treatment for various illnesses that look promising, even though it may not be something I need to know about based upon my condition. Very nice person and knowledgeable.

Is this business handicap-accessible? Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

I was so impressed with the progress I have made. All my questions were answered, and I feel more confident and hopeful about the future. Dr. Hammond is considerate and concerned about my well-being. His advice is always completely unbiased. When comparing this practice to others I have visited, this is my preference. Their office was well organized and clean. The staff is courteous and qualified.

Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever! Does this provider use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced! Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Absolutely! They were very entertaining! Was this provider friendly? Very! The most welcoming office I've visited!
