I went to these guys for therapy a few years ago. They basically kicked me out (they preferred to refer to it as “referred” me out) the day I got dismissed from the hospital. Lydia Kalsner can be extremely cold and did not handle the situation with kindness or sensitivity. I was their patient for a year and they left me stranded at my worst. Since then I’ve been attending a Dbt center in England (via zoom), and have gotten much better :).
