I think communication to patients is ok, but could use improvement and messages or paperwork left for doctors sometimes take days to be given to the doctors. But then other times when something like a prescription is ready for me, they tell me right away via phone call. Would like a more streamlined, faster, more efficient communication system. This is something i see in ALL practices, not just here.

It is difficult to get an appt with Dr Jeffcoat but that is because she is such a good Dr. It is worth the wait if you can. She is very thorough and addresses all of your concerns.

Absolutely wonderful! Dr. Jeffcoat has been my PCP for many years. She always goes out of her way to answer questions, provide information, and to make sure I understand everything. She keeps a close eye on my medications and always stays up-to-date on recalls and warnings. Even though I no longer live in MA, I still keep her as my primary because of the amazing bedside manner and friendliness of the staff. 5 Stars across the board!
