My principle roll is to provide the patient with accurate information about their condition or diagnosis. That usually includes defining options of treatment that are available in managing a particular condition. Front desk always talk about patients loudly in front of other patients. They are rude on the phone asking questions as if they are doctors. On the other hand medical assistants and doctor very polite and super nice.
Carmen was very rude. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism from a receptionist!
She is always very understanding, takes time with each patient, and she has always diagnosed me and treatment plan is spot on ! She is the best !!!

She actually listens to my concerns regarding health issues and then addresses them accordingly. I feel she is very genuine with a caring regard for patients.
