Very difficult front staff...leave you on hold for long periods of time. Referrals difficult. Make Appointments without your consent or knowledge. I was discharged by office manager for leaving a negative review .
Discharged as a patient and abandoned for posting anegative review about front office staff.
Front desk always talk about patients loudly in front of other patients. They are rude on the phone asking questions as if they are doctors. On the other hand medical assistants and doctor very polite and super nice.
Carmen was very rude. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism from a receptionist!
She is always very understanding, takes time with each patient, and she has always diagnosed me and treatment plan is spot on ! She is the best !!!
