This one of the worst experiences that I have had with a doctors office. My first time in this office for a procedure which I have had done several times with different doctor. In this office, Dr. Luz Feldmann administered a cortisone injection in my back and I was in more pain after the shot than before I went in to her office. It took me 4 days to get a hold of someone in the office to give me some pain medication. And after they finally answered the phone I was told that the doctor wa
Don't know what I would do without her. She has treated me for chronic pain after a shoulder replacement as well as other pain problems due to various medical conditions. She always takes the time to talk to me and asks questions as to my pain. She's very sweet and caring aND a wonderful doctor. She returns my calls promptly. Her staff is extremely helpful and I can count on them every time.
Absolutely amazing her compassion level is amazing she spent a lot of time with my mom and then me. Everybody in the office was very professional. Her nurse was amazing held my hand Throughout my procedure.
Let me tell you about my visit. I have been through a lot w other doctors and no one put in the work like she did. Her compassion for me was intact. Love her staff and made me feel better
I went to see Dr. Feldmann because I heard she's the best! I heard she's honest, compassionate and spends time explaining and helping you understand what is going on. And everything I heard was absolutely true. Her staff was amazing and the level of compassion in this office I haven't seen in over 18 years anywhere else. The best part of the story is I had a emergency and she waited past her hours for me. Love this doctor thank you doctor.
Dr. F has true compassion for all of her patients. I am always treated like a person, not just a condition. She provides total care that starts from your first phone call. Her staff is always available to answer any questions. Dr. F. is aware of new medications that can help with your treatment. She also makes available seminars and discussions led by other professionals to help educate me so I can know everything I need to cope and further understand my treatment.
Those are no enough words to thank Dr. Feldmann for all her kindness and support during my treatment. I'll always keep her in my heart for all her caring and compassion! I'll recommend her to anybody!
Dr Feldmann is Kind; she listens and does her best giving me medication for pain issues.
