In 2022, I was medically confirmed by a doctor that I had curvature in my spine scoliosis. At the time I was 29 and I am 6' 1", so I have potential back problems as I get older. I went to one chiropractor first who practiced a different adjustment methodology. I wasn't a fan of his treatment plan or the cost. I left that practice more anxious than relief.
