Just rude. I called and left a message saying I was sick to cancel and they still want to charge me a $40 late fee!
I went to her for years. I'm an RN so I know knowledgeable Dr's. Loved her-- her memory for details was always amazing. I changed insurance co.s--- now have about the stupidest-- non caring Dr on planet
She took care of me for yrs. And took great care of me. I wish she was still my doctor.
I wish this doctor was good, her staff runs her office. I was going in for open heart surgery already hospitalized at bayonet point hospital called to notify I couldn't be at my appt,no refill if I didn't show .Was let doctor know, my cardiologist let staff know so she could touch base nothing . Didn't need to be on all I was anyway.My family doctor handles me I'm doing fine.He's international medicine
