The best eye exam I have ever had! The staff were amazing and super friendly. They greeted me as soon as I walked in and got me to my appointment right away. I have been wearing glasses/contacts for 10 years and this was first time I had a thorough exams. The doctor is very patient and thorough! Staff is very amazing and helpful as well. The options are nice at every price point. Way better than any big box brand you typically have went too. Can't say enough about the experience. Truly felt great for a doctor to give proper diagnosis and recommendations with my best interest.
I came here for glasses and contacts. After I checked in, the reception staff helped me with my insurance. The while process took about 2 minutes and was super easy. The staff is really knowledgeable when e it comes to knowing vision plans and differentiinsurance types, so I knew my allotment before I actually went in for my exam. Dr. Patel and staff have shown a lot of care and compassion towards me. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by friendly staff and eventually the doctor himself. He's given me proper diagnosis of my eye condition and was able to explain it in a clear and concise manner. He was very friendly and composed throughout the entire eye exam. After that, both Dr. Patel and his staff gave a great recommendation on what pair of glasses I should get. Personally, I think Dr. Patel is the best Optometrist I've been to.
