I first met Dr Bursztyn and her team in an emergency situation after a regular visit to my optometrist. I cannot say enough great things about her, she is extremely intelligent, beyond knowledgeable, a top notch expert, efficient, with a fantastic bedside manner. Her care of my eyes has been above and beyond, I trust her implicitly.
After having a very rushed discussion with Dr. Burstyn regarding my procedure, I was extremely disappointed with the fact there was no follow-up appointment. I attempted to get an appointment as I was experiencing side effects but multiple phone calls were never returned. Very upsetting!!
Dr. Bursztyn treated me terribly during my appointment. I was disappointed because I was looking to her highly regarded expertise for answers about the situation for which my Optometrist sent me for.
The medical professionals at this office are all amazing!
