Terrible doctor and awful staff. Front desk personnel are pitiful. Almost impossible to speak to anyone by phone. You always get the answering machine and they do not return phone calls. Frequently have trouble getting prescription refills. Hard to schedule or reschedule an appointment. I don't trust Reynoso and was giving bad diagnosis by him corrected by another doctor. STAY AWAY from this practice if you value your life and your health.
Terrible staff. Long wait times. Hard to schedule appt. Doesn't answer phone calls or return calls.
Pitiful staff. Long wait times. Difficulty setting appointments. Difficulty in getting Rx refills. Just another foreigner practicing medicine in the RGV.
I was impressed with Dr. Reynoso’s bed side manner. He explained my treatment plan for my illness and made me feel confident that it would succeed. He was empathetic about my pain and treated me with great dignity. As a bonus I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes in his lobby for treatment and care.
Dr. Reynosa got my dad death certificate wrong. Nothing entered as cause of death applies to my father. Dad was under Hospice care and he only saw him once when he had to be seen in the ER due to a morphine reaction. Attend physician said SJS, Reynosa said caused by blood clot in leg. I have researched for days to find that a blood clot would cause a blister so large that the skin was raw and fell off the calf of his leg. Greater Valley Hospice needs a different Medical Director.
Worst dr I've ever met. My mother was bed bound and got a sore on her ankle. He kept saying she was fine. He barely looked at the wound. We finally had to ask him to take a culture. He did it reluctantly. Never wanted to refer her to a specialist. His exact words "Why do you want a specialist, I know what I'm doing." When I did change her to a new dr the infection had gotten to the bone. Months of very strong antibiotics and VERY PAINFUL recovery with a wound specialist.
He is one of those that doesn't listen to the patient. Was in his office for 3.5 hr and accomplished absolutely nothing!
Slow clinic. takes you hours for the Dr to see you.
The man represents excellence; including his staff; I also am grateful his patients are geriatric thus knowing the challenges from his experience with older patients he can provide treatment. I recommend him to anyone. His manners are well noted and he takes the time to listen and raise concerns. JG, San Benito, Texas
