I had been a patient at this practice for over five years. While Dr. Loza and his hygienists are exceptionally friendly and helpful, the office staff, unfortunately, are not.When billing issues came up (including the reluctacnce of the practice to provide reimbursement of over payment), the office manager, Raisa, was extremely rude and unhelpful.
