This review was placed on Upstate Lung over a month ago. It appears the doctor does not care about his patients. The last 12 months I was neglected and misinformed by this Doctor. Very sad. I'm disappointed that Luis I. De La Cruz, MD office PA want return my call. I feel the last year or more has been a complete failure. I don't blame Dr. De La Luis at all. He has a nice personality...I want to give him the benefit to address my concern. I need help with my cpap therapy. I don't like leaving any bad reviews. But I'm hoping ... read more
