Been a patient for over eight years and that will never change. Love the caring and compassion of Dr. Alvarez and all the staff. Thank you for making these last two procedures easier to go through.
Fell in love with him the first time I went. Felt like I was leaving an episode of House. After being completely brushed aside and utterly disappointed by another doctor, he made me feel like I was important. After so many years later, I still feel very important when in his office. He truly cares for his patients.
First visit was very informative next two visits are procedures. They made me feel comfortable and explained everything well. Thanks to all the staff.
When a love one goes into a procedure under any kind of anesthesia...loves ones should be made aware of it! So when my husband went in and I was not informed...I was upset and called the staff out on it. One of the nurses when I started asking questions was extremely rude and rolled her eyes, put her hands up and walked away. The other nurse directed me to the grievance department. Very nice staff, in a comfortable setting. They really seem to care, and very willing to help you w/ a wide range of specialized issue's. I look forward to going back, and recommend them to anyone
