I have been a patient with Dr. Luis Martinez for many years and have never once been late. I was happy to show flexibility last week when the office had to reschedule me because the doctor was sick. However, that courtesy was not returned. I arrived 14 minutes late for my rescheduled slot, and while the receptionist acknowledged I was within the 15-minute grace period, they refused to see me because her computer took a minute to "process" the paperwork past the cutoff. GREAT DOCTOR!! I needed a pcp for my parents and boy did we luck out. Dr Martinez covers all bases. Not one concern was overlooked or rushed. He shares his medical findings/knowledge to set you at ease. Beyond thankful. Staff is amazing as well!! And did I mention how prompt he is.
He is amazing doctor he knows what he is doing .
