Dr. Lopez is amazing! We were lucky to find him in 2008 when my daughter was born. He has been my children's Pediatrician for 17 years. I called today, I was unable to get any information or assistance. I did not speak with the office at all, it seems like the answering service wants me to create a new patient account instead of helping me get into the current one. I can't speak to Dr. Lopez office directly.

Excelente Dr. Lo eh seguido desde que estaba en Little Buddies Pediatric. A dado seguimiento a los chequeos de mis hijos desde que nacieron (2011) infinitas gracias. Buen servicio de todo el personal.

El servicio es terrible, cometen errores y no solucionan ni porque uno llame mil veces, la semana pasada fui por que mi hijo con necesidades especiales y complicaciones de salud tenía flu y el doctor me dijo q necesitaba tomar la medicina Tamiflu ese mismo día, se equivocaron en la dosis que enviaron a la farmacia me llamó la enfermera a decir que no lo podían solucionar por la hora que lo haría en la mañana... 4 de la tarde del día siguiente y tuve que ir molesta para q hicieran bien la indicación... esto fue lo que acabó c... read more

Dr Lopez is a great doctor, and he’s great with my son (10). You can tell he genuinely enjoys the kids, and takes the time with parents. He’s always been caring, and concerned about my son’s health, and knowledgeable about side effects due to my sons asthma medications. The only hang up is having to call through communicare to book an appt. Sometimes you can be on hold for 10+ minutes, but I’ve found leaving a voicemail saves time, and they usually call back within the hour.
