Dr. Luigi Galloni was the QME for my mom's Worker's Compensation case and it seems as though he thinks himself a judge too! He wasted time giving my mom a lecture about how worker's compensation benefits worked and how much claims have cost the past couple of years...so he's an expert in this now too? Didn't know he was a historian on top of everything. He literally told my mom she was going to get NOTHING in the form of benefits and to just give up on her case because she was going to lose. never saw the doctor or the PA as planned...they changed my original appointment on short notice, rescheduled me for the following week. this was a real problem as my badly sprained ankle has been excruciatingly painful. I arrived on time (early to fill out paperwork in fact) & the tiny waiting room was crammed with 40 people...I was told the office was running late due to IT problems...& it would be several hours before I could be seen for my scheduled 10:30am appointment with the PA. To the woman who singlehandedly caused one of the best ortho surgeons in LA to receive a 2-star rating on Google because she had scheduling and callback problems, and therefore made that Dr. Galloni's top sticky review because few people review doctors on Google but their reviews are at the top of their searches, you exemplify the dangers of the power of online reviews.
