We recently became new patients at Dr. Chen’s office, and our experience has been excellent. Scheduling appointments for our whole family was quick and seamless. During our first cleaning visits, the dental hygienist was friendly and professional. Dr. Chen then took ample time with each of us, patiently explaining his observations and concerns while offering clear, easy-to-understand guidance. Dr. Chen is professional, gentle, warm, and friendly — he and his staff made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in the clinic.
It’s always a pleasure to visit Dr. Chen’s office. Dr. Chen is the coolest and nicest dentist ever. He is very knowledgeable, patient, and funny. He always seems to be in a good mood. Everyone in the office is friendly and accommodating.
One of the best and most honest Dental practices I’ve ever been to! Very clean, thorough, and efficient.
