At first they seemed nice they took all my family members in for dental appointments I visited the office multiple times however they were very unorganized. I let it slide , then I realized the cash paying patient got first priority. The lady at the front desk very unprofessional. I had an 11:30 am appointment I was told that I was late 35 mins, she then brushed me off with a hand gesture as if I was live stock told me I can wait for two hours or reschedule and that it was not her problem to talk to the assistant. Dental hygienist/assistant by the name of Svetlana Simtsraya (female with blond hair) is very unprofessional and rude! She was physical abusive to my 5 year old daughter today during a routine cleaning exam. She shoved the back of my daughter’s head forward and pushed her in the chest with her finger when my daughter spit up the fluoride treatment.
