Staff is super rude and unprofessional. The office manager is disgracefully, rude and unprofessional. The lady at the front desk barely speaks English and should not have her job all they’re trying to do is Bill for exams and treatments that you don’t need should be reported to the authorities.
Doctor is good, but office staff lack professionalism. They don’t return your calls and don’t easily give you what you request. They need to learn how to deal with patients and treat them with respect
Dr Tuluca and staff are amazing they have helped me have mobility and a better quality of life listen I may have to travel from Levittown to go see him and his staff but worth the toll and drive I'm able to get out of bed and live life well not like I use to before all my medical issues but I'm not bed ridden I can walk around the block I can sit and stand longer then a half hour and it gers better each time if it wasn't for dr Tuluca I don't know what would have happened to me. Very grateful to Dr. Tuluca and the staff at the office. My chronic pain was taken care and receive multiple injections on neck and lower back.
