She doesn’t listen and can be condescending when talking to patients and their family.
She was nice and tried to be helpful but doesn’t really REALLY listen. I kept trying to explain that one of my symptoms was extreme dizziness, even before I started mediciation. She looked at me, rolled her eyes and said, “this medication does not cause dizziness”. Not sure if she doesn’t listen or she’s just doesn’t care. I would have kept seeing her except making an appointment is damn near impossible. Left tons of messages and got a call back after maybe the 20th message I left.
