My rating is solely based on the several attempts I made to reach someone at the office to inquire about a few things and possibly scheduling an appointment. The receptionist's voice mailbox was full each time I called (unprofessional). I called just about everyone with a telephone listed on the website and left several messages. No response, text or call back. I sent an email to a few of the, including the receptionist for someone to reach me back, still nothing. Detrae Warren and Virginia Rodriguez not returning my request for a callback and regarding records requested over a month ago. My calls and emails go without reply.
Dr.Lucas has been nothing short of amazing in the time I’ve seen her. Our appointments are something I look forward to each time.
