Dr Lubna Siddiki is an amazing very professional doctor .
Dr. Siddiki has always been patient and thorough. I truly feel seen and heard during my visits and she has fitted me with a regiment that works well for me. I would most definitely recommend her to others.
I stopped being a patient here because the front desk staff are never friendly on the phone, my spouse and I felt like we weren't being understood towards the last few months and I was neglected an emergency refill to get me to the next appointment that was a week away.
Called me over 40 times to schedule a second appointment.
Dropped me as a patient when I pointed out that the front desk staff is disorganized and that they breached HIPAA when they texted me another patient’s name and the treatment that they were receiving. They tried placing the blame on me. This is how they treat patients that are seeking help. It took months for me to be able to see another provider due to insurance approvals, etc. I actually liked the doctor. It was the front office manager and staff that is the problem.
