Dr. Man’s office canceled my appointment because I did not fill out the new patient forms online. Drove 45 minutes for them to tell me my appointment had been canceled by me. Um nope! Kept telling me I canceled my appointment. I showed them the text and they still insisted I canceled it. Now looking for another doctor….I’m would give no stars if it would allow it.
