Our visits with Dr Santore always went well. He is such a nice Doctor. My bad experience was with the Santore Optical there in his office. Ordered glasses in March and they were never made for me so therefore after 5 months I reached the office and asked that I get a refund and they don't reply to any messages that I leave. Optical is closed and they seem to be keeping my $747 that I paid in full in March for glasses not delivered. In the beginning of August Vicky in the office told me that I should be entitled to a refund. ... read more
Dr. Santore is an excellent doctor. He is extremely competent and thorough. He is very diligent and proactive with his clients. He truly cares about his patients and their well-being. A truly compassionate, caring and extremely competent practitioner.
