I got an eye exam here and had lenses put into some new eyeglasses last year and it has worked out really well. I’ve also taken two pairs here to get the arms adjusted - I offered to pay for that service but it was free of charge! Staff has always been incredibly wonderful here :)
Had a terrible experience at another optical store and came to union square optical to get my frames fitted with the correct lenses. Michelle was so helpful and nice! USO is lucky to have her. Much appreciated help, was fast and kind.
Was just in there to get my glasses fixed. The staff was extremely nice and quick to take care of my problem. Definitely recommend if you are looking for quality glasses & friendly and knowledgeable staff.
They were very rude and had terrible service.
