Extremely unsympathetic and uncaring. I had to chase for 5 business days to receive a response regarding my MRI results. The office even informed me that they DO NOT respond to the patient portal. Perhaps he would have been more attentive if I were a potential surgical patient. I would never treat my own patients this way.
Dr Rizio is an amazing doctor. My dad had shoulder surgery about 15 years ago and everything went well. Recently my dad had another shoulder injury in the other side and we were lucky enough to find Dr. Rizio, who by the way remembered my dad. Once again an amazing job and recovering well. We are forever thankful for Dr Rizio.
If you're a Muslim patient you might want to think twice about having Dr.Rizio as your doctor. Apparently you're trying to "change America into Islam"
