My father, Jorge Ginart, had a positive experience with Dr. Rizio and asked me to leave a review on his behalf. I took care of my dad post shoulder surgery in September 2024 and he experienced no pain whatsoever. I was both relieved and impressed to see how beautifully his shoulder healed, and how pain-free he was. He is now back to work at full capacity. He has received excellent care and would recommend him 100% to anyone in need of shoulder surgery.
I would not recommend Dr. Rizio to anyone. I went to him in February with significant hip pain to review my MRI results. To start, Dr., Rizio's bedside manner is atrocious; he showed zero care, concern, or compassion for the pain I was in and when he did an exam, I had to ask twice for him to be more gentle. When I asked what was wrong with my hips, his response was "I don't know, but I can schedule you for a cortisone shot." Absolutely not! Extremely unsympathetic and uncaring. I had to chase for 5 business days to receive a response regarding my MRI results. The office even informed me that they DO NOT respond to the patient portal. Perhaps he would have been more attentive if I were a potential surgical patient. I would never treat my own patients this way.
Dr Rizio is an amazing doctor. My dad had shoulder surgery about 15 years ago and everything went well. Recently my dad had another shoulder injury in the other side and we were lucky enough to find Dr. Rizio, who by the way remembered my dad. Once again an amazing job and recovering well. We are forever thankful for Dr Rizio.
If you're a Muslim patient you might want to think twice about having Dr.Rizio as your doctor. Apparently you're trying to "change America into Islam"
