I've been seeing Dr Pawlowski since 2016. He's always been nice and always cared about my pain issues i have. It does suck that Medicare/Medicaid doesn't pay for any of my appointments. I have to pay out if pocket. Office visit is $120.⁰⁰ Phone call is $75.⁰⁰ Dr Pawlowski is a Awesome Pain Management Doctor. I just wish médical insurance would pay for our appointments and prescriptions.

Dr. Lou Pawlowski is the best in pain management, I was a patient for years until a year ago when Medicare decided it wasn't in their best interest to allow people who suffer from pain to get treated. Dr. Lou is compassionate, listens and very thorough. I would good back to him if I could afford the out of pocket that Medicare no longer will pay. Thank you Dr. Lou i wouldn't be doing as good as i am not i had beenblessedto be under your care for the 10+ yrs. God bless you ( Shame on you medicare)
