Long story below but If you’re in need of a urologist do not go to Dr. Tonetti! Back in November I was scheduled to have lithotripsy, went to the pre op and everything but my body didn’t want to wait. I was in so much pain, I called the emergency line for Tonetti 4 times! Dr. Eichel is knowledgeable, highly skilled, and patient focused. His office is well run, with great follow-through and efficiency. To a person, everyone on staff listened, asked great questions, and attended to my husband's needs. The surgery Dr. Eichel performed gave him his life back. We are so grateful.
Would not know. Messages never returned or not given to PA or DR No Follow up from ultrasound no phone call or any compassion to patients in pain
I saw him for a complex pain issue with urology and gynecology and refused to acknowledge the level of pain I was having and talked down to me and said was humiliating when I expressed fear at the procedures. Degraded me verbally in front of a nurse who said nothing. Disgusted at this man.
I'm very grateful to Dr. Glazer for rectifying my BXO malady. His repair has lasted 10 years and I'm still going, in reference to urination, strong! He recently brought me peace of mind with a series of diagnostic measures which ultimately ruled out a possible malignancy. Dr. Eichel and his staff are excellent. I am from NYC, been in Rochester 3 years and the appointment was very quick. I did not have to wait weeks or month to get an appointment. The doctor put my stress at ease. Thank you doctor.
Takes time....listens attentively and explains diagnoses and options well. Is not afraid to point out mistakes made by other urologists. Clean well.kept facility. Staff is very courteous and friendly. I traveled 8o miles each way to see this doctor. It was well worth the trip.
Dr. Eichel, his staff and the entire RGH Urology practice far exceeded any expectations I had prior to meeting them. I originally came in seeking a second opinion (for a previously difficult to diagnose condition) and came away feeling secure, informed and confident that I was in the best hands possible.
