Update: front desk receptionist has no customer service skills, completely cuts you off when requesting or needs information. This position should be for someone who is completely patient and understands needs. Gives you back and forth and sometimes false information. This woman has a nasty attitude. Dr perdomo is a good doctor and the guy who use to answer calls was great however his new front desk/staff is not friendly, never pick up the phone. If a doctor can walk out of the room while ure still talking to him is not someone I’d recommend. I came in to get surgery clearance and also asked to provide a refill for poison ivy cream and he said I’m not here for that. I’m here for surgery clearance so that means I’d have to return just to get a prescription refill. Guess he can’t do two things at once or he just wants me back for another copay. Either way it’s unprofessional
