I agree with everyone else, these guys are terrible. Aspen Dental in North Utica was great!
This dentist is not fit to be a Veterinarian. Provided us with nothing, embarrassed us about our insurance plan. Was hung up on by his staff, especially Michelle. There are too many dentists to put up with this joker.
THESE GUYS SUCK. Go to TSAR dental and save yourself a big headache.
I was always afraid of dentists, shots, drilling, since I was a kid and my teeth proved it. Dr Rabice came highly recommended, I tried him and cannot say enough good about him and his entire staff, they are GREAT! If you need a dentist, forget the rest and see the absolute very best, Dr. Rabice!
Today was my first experience and I was very pleased. The office staff was very pleasant, even though I was late because I wrote the address down wrong. My hygienist was gentle and thorough. I met Dr Rabice who was pleasant and professional. His associate Dr. Shobor (?sp) filled a cavity and it was the most painless filling I had in years. The best dentist ever i guarante that 5 ppl out those 9 are working for some other dentist or dental corporations. I didnt have any teeth now i got all of them and he did it , God bles him ! Simply to all the scumbags that complaint about him go www.aspensucks.com and see what can you do with them , and on end Dr. Rabice is the best there is , and again tx Dr Rabice a lot for everthing you done for me .
I feel if you make an appointment to see a doctor or a dentist, when you show up on time for your scheduled appointment you should be treated by that particular doctor or dentist you made an appointment with. not in my case. I was shot with novacaine by a young lady whos credentials are a mystery because I was told i have a cavity with the tooth I have no pain in. not to mention the last 2 times i had novacaine, they rub some numbing ointment on first. not in my case. this dr. doesn't have any patience!!!! he books too many patients and runs from one room to another, without properly finishing with one patient....and if you ask questions, he'll tell you, "i told you this before, we already discussed this..."....well i'm paying 10 grand i want make sure you tell me everything....not just pron.. My mother had implants put in by him.....and she is not happy because they are huge and dont look like normal teeth an there is also a hole (the crown doesn't reach down to the gum)
I don't understand the negative reviews. I have had nothing but excellent service from day 1. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
