Experienced, great bedside manner, stellar surgeon, compassionate, knowledgeable. In 2024 my husband had a retinal detachment, and Dr. Chang successfully operated and ensured reattachment with a buckle--a longer, more involved operation. We visited Dr. Chang before the operation and many times after. He was incredibly patient and kind throughout the process. I highly recommend him.
