I’m sorry but this is the worst doctor ever!! My father broke his ankle over a year ago and they are still not helping him. Every time I bring my father in the doctor doesn’t talk and the front desk is very rude. The doctor doesn’t explain anything then when my dad did something wrong he would get really upset and instead of explaining he would just make my dad feel bad and still did not help him. Different recovery methods
I did have a knee surgery and after all the appointments I went to her dropped me saying I wasn't trying to get well and who goes to all therapy never missing one appointment and not trying to get well when I asked for another doctors excuse the receptionist told me he was no longer seeing me anymore he didn't have the balls to tell me himself everyone has a different pain level and my knee doesn't bend anymore I will never go back to that man again he is rude and basically said I was faking I can't fake pain nor can I fake ... read more
This place could definitely use better customer service skills when it comes to the way they communicate with the patients. There is a lack of compassion when it comes to dealing with clients. While I know it's important that they make sure patients are on time as they make a point to say repeatedly they need to understand that we are human beings run behind sometimes and that there is or should be a 15 minute grace period.
