BUYER BEWARE! Reasonable people can differ but I feel extremely ripped off!! I would not recommend this dental office to anyone. Friendly and cordial until his work fails at which point it's pay up or I'm sending your account to a collecion agency. -Allows techs to perform procedures without supervision. -"Passes the buck" when his work fails. -Fees appear higher than "reasonable & customary". -Submits claims for payment before work is complete (in violation of established policy procedures). Outstanding in all areas! This is one of the nicest group of medical professionals I have ever met. They are so compassionate, yet completely professional. It is like visiting with good friends.
Dr. Louis C. Miller or his staff submitted an ins. claim and accepted ins. payment before completion of dental work. Illegal (cannot bill until seated) and puts Dr. Louis C. Miller's patients at an EXTREME DISADVANTAGE when his work fails, likely as a result of his own technician's actions. Dr. Louis C. Miller’s patients are then forced to allow him to complete work he does not wish to complete because he's been paid and they have no recourse. Excellent -- professional, thorough & friendly attitude from Dr. and office staff; pain free, great hygienists -- may not be the cheapest but worth the cost! We've since moved out of state and other dentists all remark on the quality of the care we've received.
