Called to schedule an appointment after my doctor stated I needed to see a hematologist. Lady on the phone was condescending and states she needs a diagnosis, medical records, a referral, and lab work to even schedule an appointment. I informed her i have no diagnosis thats why im being referred to them. She states obviously you have a diagnosis if you coming to see us. I just hung up the phone. The interaction over the phone alone kilt the vibe.

Dr Garrot does an amazing job treating my loved one's cancer. He explains things thoroughly, tailors treatment as needed, and always knows the numerous details of how things are going in response to treatment. He focuses on keeping my loved one as healthy as possible even while delivering powerful medications. He always has lots of options for managing side effects and they were very effective. He is one of the main reasons my loved one is alive and doing well. We are beyond grateful for him and his stellar team.

This man’s immunotherapy trial ruined the last 2 years of my sisters life. When she got a horrible infection he wouldn’t even look at her.. he sent her to a specialists. He did that because if he saw her infection he would have to take off the trial and into hospice. I am all for trials to help people survive cancer…but this doctor treats the trial better than the actual patient….The last several months have been horrible for her… she’s only 61…. We are devastated

I have sickle cell never thought i would ever see a child born .. i took my 4 yr with me an the told me she could not come in .. been real scary at home in crisis an now i cant be seen .. so i guess ill just go home an pass away in front of my child 🤧😟 like my mom did 😭😢
