I was not able to have a visit. Every time myself or my wife call - the "Doctor" who answers tells us we need to go to urgent care (regardless of what our issue was). We have been patients there for several years and was fine until recently. If this practitioner no longer wants to see patients he should remove his name from the list. His office definitely runs the show there with no concern to his patients needs. If and when you do get to see him or one of his PA's, they are thorough and caring.
I have been his Patient for 22 years He is the Best Dr. I have ever had .
Dr. Brenner is not only a good doctor but a good friend. I have been going to him for over 11 years. He takes the time to listen with compassion, and with more than 50 years of experience, I trust him with my life. His diagnosis five years ago saved my life. Thank you, Dr. Brenner, you are the best!
I think we all know how important it is when it comes to our health to have a place where we feel they have our best interest at heart. Unfortanely this is not the place. The staff is so difficult when it comes to very simple things. They made at least 3 things all separate issues so complicated. I have found another Dr. And these same 3 issues were a non issue there. People choose the road they want take and how they handle things and I think this office is just a little to behind the times.
My husband and I have been going to Dr Brenner for 6.5 years. Old school doctor and very pleasant. Good office staff. Listens well
Made an apt 3 weeks ago, when I arrived I was told "my apt was cancelled " . I was told "they tried to call but my phone was not working" . I made them call my phone on the spot and what do you know it worked. I was not able to see a dr , the downright unprofessionalism of this staff was unacceptable , poor and clearly not managed . They didn't care about my time and that I had to pay for a babysitter so I could make this appointment. DO NOT waste your time visiting this poor excuse for a dr
Dr. Brenner and his staff are the best. The staff is punctual, thorough and friendly and I have no problem getting an appointment when I need one. Dr. Brenner spends time with you and gets to know you as a person which helps in his diagnosis of you. He is knowledgeable, compassionate and has a wonderful bedside manner. I hope he never retires! He has been my life saver!
